THE MODEST BEGINNING
Dolphin Bakers began in April 2001 from a 700 sq. ft. production unit with a 16-seat outlet in Mysuru.

Dolphin Bakers grew from a small Mysuru bakery into a familiar name across the city, the Bengaluru–Mysuru Highway and Bengaluru.

The first Dolphin Bakers combined a compact production unit with a 16-seat outlet. Cakes, breads, savouries and ice creams became part of birthdays, school gatherings and everyday bakery visits for generations of Mysureans.
Growth followed the same idea: serve familiar favourites consistently, stay close to customers and keep production ready for a larger network.
