Bakery orders placed before 4 PM are generally scheduled within approximately 6–8 hours where the product and pincode qualify. Later orders may move to the next day.
Some perishable or customised products require advance ordering. Final timing is confirmed after checking the item, selected store and delivery address.
Delivery is currently focused on Mysuru and supported locations. Delivery charges depend on distance and are confirmed before payment. Store pickup is available where supported.
Because bakery products are perishable and often made or customised to order, routine returns, refunds and exchanges are not available.
